off-flavor seminar
The Meadville Brewing Society is planning a beer off-flavor seminar. An american lager will be paired with off-flavors to help you learn about what shouldn't be in our beer. If you have any interest please contact JLChafe@gmail.com. Date and time to be announced after getting 15-20 people involved. This is a preparation class for the Beer Judge Certification Exam.
