Seriously, I look so forward to this event all year. It's usually in March so that screwed me up. I really enjoy tasting all the other entries. I wish we had a homebrew club in Erie that would last. Chris asked me to take over the last club but I just don't have the time right now. I would like to set up an event on this site for homebrewers to meet and have an extensive tasting of what everyone currently has and talk about the beer, process, etc.
I have a saison which I just added brettanomyces to the secondary going right now. Also, I just started a sour red which I plan to bottle in 2 years. I wish the Brewers Cup was in March like the last 2 years so I could enter. Go luck.
