I'm good, Lewis.  So happy to hear back from you.  I'm fine.  Life has taken it's twists and turns; I haven't taught school for many many years.  I remember a day that I took you and Todd Bales... and Amaryah, perhaps, down to a swimming pond by the Columbia and we swam across it; do you remember that?  Do you remember our camp out at Bird Creek Campground (my outing with you boys)?   I'm still in touch with several people from Glenwood - Katie and Billy Jo Valdez, Daralyn Spies, some others.  Facebook has been a great way to connect.  What are you up to these days?  How's your mom doing?  East Coast -- yeah, who would've thought, eh?  I'm still a Western girl at heart, and I really miss the great Northwest - the geography, flora and fauna.  Are you married, got kids?  So cool to have found you.  You have a great spirit inside you, Lewis - I think about you often.  Take care.
