Event Description

We will be sampling Timber Creek Saison du Creek. The Saison du Creek is a brewery release only.

Rumor is there might be a special guest appearance by the brewer.

Beer Description:

Saison (French for season) is the name originally given to beers produced in Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium. Pilsner malt dominates this dry and crisp Belgian Farmhouse Ale. We used a blend of Saison yeasts to create Saison du Creek. Combination of fruity and spicy flavors that all come from the yeast, supported by a soft malt character. Definite notes of citrus and slight pepper. Hopped with East Kent Goldings. 6.6% ABV. 28 IBU.
