This month we're headed to The Cove, featuring Red Hook's Seedy Blonde Ale.

Described as follows, "With 80% of domestic apples coming from Washington state, Seedy Blonde is a nod to Redhook roots and takes advantage of the fast growing apple ale category. Seedy Blonde is a refreshing and drinkable Blonde with flavors and aromas of apples. The finish is dry and slightly tart, balanced with Pale and Caramel malts and notes of red apple."
