Join us this Thursday at Andy's Pub and 1000 Beers! Please check in at Andy's and then check out the beers at both locations.

We will be sampling two different beers from a brand new brewery in town! The brewery is called Uinta Brewing.

The two beers will be sampling are the Hop Nosh IPA and Mango Lime Pilsner.

Uinta Brewing Story

Our founder wanted to brew the country's best beer, so he moved to the country's least beer drinking state. He named us after a mountain range that even people here inSalt Lake City Utah mispronounce. We've been brewing and exploring since 1993, and here's what we've learned: there's no one right way to get anywhere. What you need isn't a well-trod path, it's a compass to trust as you cut your own. Following our is how we ended up in Utah, and what we found here still inspires every beer we brew.

Hop Nosh IPA

Our flagship IPA boasts an assertive bitterness and vibrant hop aromatics. Expect notes of pine, lime zest, and grapefruit supported by caramel malts. ABV: 7.3% IBU: 75

Mango Lime Pilsner

Crisp and immensely refreshing, this small batch pilsner features a mild malt flavor and herbal hop character with hints of fresh mango and lime. ABV: 5 IBU: 14
