The Meadville Brewing Society is planning a beer off-flavor seminar. An american lager will be paired with off-flavors to help you learn about what shouldn't be in our beer. If you have any interest please contact [e-mail]. Date and time to be announced after getting 15-20 people involved. This is a preparation class for the Beer Judge Certification Exam. Learn more about the tests, learn how to pass them. this would be a one day, probably 4-5 hour seminar. Hope to see you there! Cost will be around $15, depending on how many people join in.
